Welcome to toto399 (referred to herein as "toto399", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and toto399, governing your access to and use of the online betting, live casino, slots, and related entertainment services provided through the website located at toto399.casa and any associated mobile interfaces.

By creating a toto399 account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the toto399 registration process.
• "Player Balance" — the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's toto399 Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free bets, or free spins credited to a Player's Account subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total amount a Player must stake before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity verification process through which toto399 confirms a Player's identity, age, and eligibility prior to processing withdrawals or in response to compliance obligations.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other gaming product offered on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

To be eligible to register and maintain a toto399 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. toto399 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered accounts. Persons under the age of 21 are not permitted to register, access, or use the Platform under any circumstances.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
3. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where participation in the Platform would violate applicable law.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, or agent of toto399 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
5. You must not have previously had a toto399 account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
6. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided during the registration process is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) toto399 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your toto399 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. toto399 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify toto399 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.3 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all personal information associated with your account — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment method details — is accurate and kept up to date. Discrepancies between account information and KYC documentation may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges pending verification.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

toto399 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, passport, or equivalent), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

toto399 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX Online Banking, and direct bank transfer from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating financial institutions. Cryptocurrency deposits, including USDT, are also supported.

5.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. toto399 does not impose a maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, though withdrawal requests above certain thresholds may be subject to additional processing time or enhanced KYC review.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. The majority of requests are completed within five (5) minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts. Processing times may vary during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. toto399 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes.

5.4 Payment Method Consistency

Withdrawals will, in most cases, be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit. toto399 reserves the right to require withdrawal via an alternative method in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations or where the original deposit method does not support outbound transfers.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the toto399 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in currencies other than MYR may be subject to conversion, and the applicable exchange rate and any associated fees will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.

toto399 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out below.

• Bonus funds are credited to a player's account as a promotional allocation and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn as real funds.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the default wagering requirement for bonus funds is twenty times (20x) the bonus amount.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; certain casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• toto399 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time with or without prior notice, subject to its obligations under applicable consumer protection principles.
• Bonus abuse — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, the use of artificial betting patterns to circumvent wagering requirements, or any form of collusion — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and derived winnings.
• Players may be required to opt in to individual promotions. Bonuses not claimed within the specified validity period will expire automatically.

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the toto399 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and game type. These rules are accessible within each betting market or game interface on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and this Agreement, the sport-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the settlement of that particular bet.

7.2 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only confirmed and binding once toto399's system has acknowledged acceptance of the wager and a bet reference number has been issued. toto399 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error, subject to any applicable regulatory obligations.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

toto399 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on any single bet, event, or market. Where a maximum payout limit applies to a specific market, this will be displayed within the relevant betting interface before the bet is placed.

7.4 Mix Parlay

Mix Parlay bets combine multiple individual selections into a single wager, with returns calculated as the product of all individual odds. All selections within a Mix Parlay must be settled as wins for the bet to succeed. toto399's Mix Parlay rules, including minimum and maximum selection counts and eligible markets, are published within the sports betting section of the Platform.

7.5 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time at toto399's discretion. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined — whether due to system latency or any other technical reason — will be voided. toto399 is not responsible for delays in the transmission of live event data.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the toto399 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing any account restriction.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets, access the Platform, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or pricing errors in bad faith.
• Engaging in match fixing, manipulation of sporting outcomes, or wagering on the basis of insider information.
• Colluding with other players, including through chip-dumping in live casino games or coordinated sports betting.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering purpose or in connection with any proceeds of criminal activity.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or jurisdiction during registration or KYC verification.
• Conducting chargebacks on legitimate deposits without a valid reason.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without toto399's prior written consent.

toto399 collects only the personal information necessary for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable regulations. Your data is not sold to third parties. All personal data is processed and stored in accordance with internationally recognised data protection standards.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, toto399 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits resulting from a bet placed in error or as a result of technical failure.
• Interruption of service, platform downtime, or inability to access the Platform during a betting event.
• Errors in the display of odds, scores, statistics, or results caused by third-party data providers.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Actions taken by toto399 in accordance with this Agreement, including account suspensions conducted under Section 13.

toto399's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall in no event exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

toto399 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including suspected use of stolen payment methods or identity documents.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A legitimate self-exclusion request by the account holder.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring the Platform to restrict access.
• Reasonable suspicion of problem gambling where intervention is warranted in the player's interest.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

In cases of closure due to a material breach by the Player, including fraud or prohibited conduct, toto399 reserves the right to withhold the Player Balance pending investigation and to pursue any applicable legal remedies.

toto399 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to this Agreement, toto399 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via the Platform or via their registered email address.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

The version of this Agreement bearing the most recent "Effective Date" as displayed on this page shall be the version currently in force. Prior versions are not binding on toto399 with respect to any matter arising after the effective date of the revision.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which toto399 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body in the applicable jurisdiction.

toto399 makes no representation that the services provided on this Platform are appropriate or lawful for use in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia are solely responsible for determining whether their participation is consistent with the laws of Malaysia applicable to them. Online gambling is subject to the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and related Malaysian legislation, and it is the Player's sole responsibility to understand and comply with those laws.
